How can I uninstall Mouseless Browsing?
To uninstall MLB open the Tools menu and click "Add-ons". In the opened dialog select the MLB entry and press "Uninstall". After the restart of Firefox MLB is uninstalled.

Why does Mouseless Browsing disarrange the layout of some pages (e.g. Google Reader)? 

First I've tried my very best to minimize the impact on the page layout, but nevertheless I must admit that Mouseless Browsing does not work very well on some pages. There is such huge variability of web layouts that it is impossible to adapt the algorithm of adding the ids to all of then. In the Google Reader example it seams to be that the one id leads to a wrong computation of the width of the entire page (I detected that the width of one element is set to over 5000px instead of over 500 in the case no ids are displayed.

But for this I implemented the possibiltiy  to define URL specific behavior, i.e. in this case to hide the ids (see definition of  "URL specific behavior ")
